Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or U.S. postal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Your estimated delivery date depends on the shipping method and destination. Weather conditions, carrier delays, or seasonal demand may affect transit times. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link — be sure to check your spam/junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.
4) Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Customized or made-to-order products may require additional production time. If extra processing is needed, we’ll notify you via email before shipment.
5) Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the continental United States and do not deliver to:
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or U.S. Virgin Islands
APO/FPO or military addresses
International destinations
6) Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your unique tracking link.
Tracking updates may take 3–7 days to appear after carrier pickup.
If tracking remains unavailable, your parcel may not yet be scanned by the carrier.

7) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses can delay delivery while we contact you for clarification.
Nicolaishop is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender due to customer-provided errors.
Returned parcels may be disposed of by the carrier; re-shipments will require an additional fee.
Once an order has been dispatched, Nicolaishop cannot assume liability for lost, stolen, or carrier-redirected packages.
