Each order is carefully reviewed, packed, and shipped with precision. If any issue arises, our support team will handle it promptly and fairly to guarantee your satisfaction.
Please review all order details — including size, color, and quantity — before completing checkout. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for size, color, or style changes after purchase. If you wish to make adjustments, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.

Return Policy
You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.
✅ Eligible for Return If:
The item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong product
The product differs significantly from its description on nicolaishop.com
❌ Not Eligible for Return If:
The item has been used, washed, or altered
It shows minor imperfections (e.g., loose threads, wrinkles)
It’s missing original tags or packaging
The damage was not caused by Nicolaishop
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email support@nicolaishop.com with the following details:
Your order number
Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Shipping receipt (if applicable)
Please do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please check with your payment provider or contact support@nicolaishop.com for assistance.
